These portals feature an easy way to submit maintenance requests quickly. You can also submit proof of insurance coverage or purchase a policy using this portal. To showcase our technological growth, we have also launched a downloadable Online Portal App that you can use for more convenience.
Security Deposits
We collect a refundable security deposit for each property we manage starting at a minimum equal to one month’s rent. Unlike the application fee, the security deposit is refundable. We will process your security deposit at the end of your tenancy per ORS 90.300.
Oregon Rental Criteria and Other Resources
We screen each tenant per the Oregon Rental Criteria and City of Portland Rental Criteria. We follow income criteria, fair housing laws, criminal conviction criteria, rental history criteria, eviction history criteria and credit criteria.
